I'm just as curious. I remember doing a similiar thread about this bug back in FIFA 23, never got an answer but many people were bothered by this.
Also not just in a match, in the news tabs players that have stranded hair/high quality hair, they appear with the normal low quality hair.
@BleedingHeartXD honestly if they can't fix it i'm ok with it but at least give us an explanation of why it happens
