Stuck on team management - Game Freezes on Substitution Screen in Career Mode.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I choose "Tactical View" or "Sim Match" then when I go to team management, I can't exit it. The B button works because it deselects a player when I select him. I wish I could explain further but it's that simple. And it started happening every single time after the latest patch. The only way to overcome this is by force restarting the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot leave team management screen until I force close it.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to resume the match

1. Launch the game.
2. Open an existing save (started before the latest patch).
3. Advance to match day.
4. Choose Tactical View or Sim Match.
5. At any point in the match go to Team Management.
6. Do any changes (or don't).
7. Try to go back but I'm stuck.
8. Restart the game.
9. Repeat.
