I am having same issue constantly, FC25 in manager mode, during game go into team management and nothing works cannot swap players and cannot resume game have to turn off and it just happens again and again

I Play on Ps5 Pro and i have the same Problem. You can fix the bug by changing the formation and then you can switch again.
However, the bug goes even further... there are sometimes players on the pitch who you haven't substituted at all. That's just embarrassing, sorry.
yeah this does not work for pc changes the formation in the team management screen but still cant make subs or back out back into the game
@novagoal11 Do you switch the formation in the middle of the match, or before starting a new match? Thanks!

But that's not a fix, we want the issue sorting not a work around that only partially helps by keeping you playing, you still can't make subs
This has been going on for over 5 weeks. It's been reported on over a dozen of these threads. EA simply doesn't care.
