Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In FC 25 Manager Mode, start a match and press pause during the game. Navigate to the substitution screen to make a player substitution.
What happens when the bug occurs? When attempting to substitute a player, the game does not allow any substitutions to be made. Additionally, it becomes impossible to exit the substitution screen, effectively freezing on that page.
What should be happening instead? The game should allow players to make substitutions during the pause screen in Manager Mode. After completing substitutions, it should be possible to exit the substitution screen and resume the game smoothly
I have almost exactly the same problem in manager career mode on PS5. The game allows me to me make one set of substitutions. However when I attempt to make a second substitution the game does not allow this and it becomes impossible to exit the substitution screen. I cannot continue my game, need to close down and restart. This error occurs 100% of the time.
Did you manage to find a solution to this issue? We are having the same problem
