Hello, I already mentioned a way to continue playing. Please try it.

This what I have already written in here

 I Play on Ps5 Pro and i have the same Problem. You can fix the bug by changing the formation and then you can switch again.

However, the bug goes even further... there are sometimes players on the pitch who you haven't substituted at all. That's just embarrassing, sorry.
