How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I choose "Tactical View" or "Sim Match" then when I go to team management, I can't exit it. The B button works because it deselects a player when I select him. I wish I could explain further but it's that simple. And it started happening every single time after the latest patch. The only way to overcome this is by force restarting the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot leave team management screen until I force close it.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to resume the match
I'm having the same issue on Switch. Started after the last title update. Literally unplayable.
This bug only occurs when the substitutions are made while simulating the match. The way to bypass this is to jump in during the middle of the simulation, let your substitutions take place, then go back into the sim. The second you enter team management after making a substitution in the simulation menu, you won't be able to exit out. Make all of your substitutions in the actual match by jumping in.
