Unable to perform substitution under team management while playing a match in career mode? The game freezes ! Any fixes for this ?

The game is unplayable for those who sim matches and try to make changes to the team it doesn’t come off the team management page and when making substitutes the players don’t even move and you can’t even continue the match !!!!

needs fixing asap has been like this for months
