Stuck on team management - Game Freezes on Substitution Screen in Career Mode.

Having problems playing manager career mode when jumping in and out of games and making substitutions it freezes on my team sheet and I cannot exit out. Also, while playing online Friendly’s trying to set starting lineups on the edit teams in team sheet, not able to set the correct lineups and choose players while in the team sheets to put on to the team and not able to make club transfers either. On PS5
