How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play any EAFC gamemode on Nintendo Switch. Try Finesse Shots, Long Balls & Whipped Crosses. About 1-5% of these shots completely whiff. The player misses the ball completely. Most notably seems to happen with players who have the Playstyle+ variant.
What happens when the bug occurs? Controlled player misses the ball while performing a shot or cross action, resulting in the ball rolling a few feet away from the player.
What should be happening instead? Player should always hit the ball.

This Bug has been present all of last year in EAFC 24 on Nintendo Switch.
It just happened in EAFC 25 aswell, which confirms this gameplay bug is still not fixed.

Anyone I've asked that plays FC on Nintendo Switch can confirm they experienced these 'whiffed animations'.
Note that on Nintendo Switch we do NOT have a simple way to record our screen, so filing Bug Reports like this takes a lot of effort.
