Tactical View Auto Tactic Change After Halftime Issue

What happens when the bug occurs? When simming a match in career mode using "tactical view," the current tactic will automatically change after resuming from halftime. Occasionally, substitutes will be made automatically without your consent as well. There is no indication that a tactic change or sub will occur in team management before resuming from halftime. In one match, it swapped to a different tactic that I created and my best player in the first half was subbed off after resuming. In another match, I removed all but my one created default tactic, and after halftime it deleted this tactic and used a random different tactic. Both of these matches were in the pre-season tournament, but I assume the issue will continue in the regular season.
What should be happening instead? Only user modifications of tactics and subs should be made in tactical view.

This manager career mode was in a women's league (French league), had a full team of created players, and multiple teams (including my team) were swapped into this league.
