The screen is covered in white triangles and I can’t see anything 

Same happens on mine . Also freezes when you get new packs in store 

Same here mate, and freezes when entering store, absolute garbage. Worst one ever and I’ve been playing since fifa 95

Garbage mate, pay top price for a game you can’t even play !!! Shocking, the game is nearly a month old and still major issues

Same from PC, reported and they are still ignoring it or sharing a feedback

White diamond shapes appear on players on ultimate team sheet and during transfer list, AND when I go to the store  the game freezes and restart is required

What happens when the bug occurs? nothing happens the white diamonds are covering some players in my squad
What should be happening instead? no white diamonds should be showing on screen

Still several freezing and still many visual glitches, especially when logging out and logging in again to Ultimate Team. I need to restart the game every time!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Perform routine actions like submitting SBCs (e.g., Bronze Upgrade SBC) or switching between game modes. During regular menu navigation or submitting an SBC, the game menu may freeze randomly.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the freeze happens, the game screen turns black, leaving only a dark background with a faint image of a field. All menu options disappear, making it impossible to interact further, and a game restart is required to continue.
What should be happening instead? SHouldnt freeze or give an option to get back to main menu

This game has way too bugs, often making it unplayable

• Menu Freezing

  • The game menu freezes randomly, forcing me to restart the game.
  • Example: The game froze today after I submitted a Bronze Upgrade SBC.

• Graphical Artifacts

  • When switching game modes or after an update, glitches frequently appear on the squad screen, showing white artifacts.
  • This visual bug significantly affects the user experience.

• Lobby Connection Issue in Call

  • When I join a call with friends, I often cannot join the game lobby.
  • This issue seems specific to my PC setup as my friends on PlayStation do not experience this problem.
