The game gets stuck on the loading screen after playing club league matches

Hello everyone. I bought fc25 on PC mainly to play in Pro Club competition, but since obtaining the game, I always find myself facing this bug: continuous loading. As competitive matches are scheduled at specific times, I cannot join my colleagues under penalty of inflicting a penalty on the club. I demand a solution either of reimbursement or of a fix but quickly because I am falling colossally behind my player's progress which will seriously handicap me during this bug fix.
