TOTY EVO Star II Glitch

Product: EA SPORTS FC 25
Platform:Xbox Series S

Which mode has this happened in? Ultimate Team™
Which part of the mode? Evolutions
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 17/01/2025
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 22:30
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? attempt to do TOTY EVO Star II
What happens when the bug occurs? you can complete the first challenge on the EVO and then its acts as completed and you still have an in progress evolution, however the evo is then missing from the My Evos section
What should be happening instead? i should be able to complete both sections of the EVO challenge and then claim the full evolution

    The same thing happened to me with Kim Min Jae it let me complete first stage then completely vanished, pretty unfair and hope it can be fixed. I have an in progress evolution and now he can’t fit in TOTY Star III and etc.

    Same thing happend to my Saliba. How can i fix this so i can keep doing the chain evolutions?

    same for me. I claimed the first evo  star 1 and play the games. everything fine my card got blue. Second day i statr the second evo and start to play the games.  When i finished the the first game i went to evolutions and the evo disapeared. I can't finish the second evo cos its not more there. Now my card is green and doesn't fit the 3,4 or 5 evo. So i will not have a toty star defender. I contacted ea help 3 times. No solution. The time they will fix it (they will never) the evo will be gone. They scammed me already with a icon pack. This company is a joke.
