Transfer notifications don't show automatically - Manager Career Mode

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play through an open transfer window, especially during Deadline Day. See if you are notified, when a transfer comes in, or if you need to enter the transfer hub to see the incoming offer.
What happens when the bug occurs? In the transfer window, especially during Deadline Day, you can advance from hour to hour without being notified, when a transfer comes in for one of your players. Basically you need to check the transfer hub for every in-game hour passed, if you don't want to miss the news of a transfer offer coming in.
What should be happening instead? You should be notified that an offer has come for one of your players. It's a pretty big deal and an information you shouldn't need to search for.
In previous games you would always be stopped an notified, when a transfer offer came in. I've just finished a transfer window, and especially on deadline day, I could advance in time without being notified about a transfer offer coming in. So at the end of the deadline day I received a few angry e-mails that I hadn't responded to their approaches for my players. I just hadn't seen any approaches at that point.
Luckily I had a save from before the deadline day, so I could try again. This time I checked the transfer hub every hour before pressing the advance button. And only by accessing the transfer hub was I made aware that an offer had come for one of my players.
