Unable to change clubs player appearance in EA FC25

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I logged in one day and my player had permanently become the face attached, changing faces, features and hair doesn't work... I'm only able to add glasses.
What happens when the bug occurs? It happened in September and since my player has looked the same.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to change my player and not have this "mask" you can sort of see when I change the gender to female.
On my first week with EASports FC25, I logged in one day, and to my surprise, my player has been stuck looking the same ever since! I didn’t even change them to that appearance; it just switched on its own when I checked my clubs player (Migsaldinho btw). I’ve attempted to modify everything—face, skin color, facial features, hair—but nothing seems to work. The only options I have left are to edit gloves, boots, and maybe add some stylish glasses if I fancy. While I was fiddling around, I noticed something odd: when I change the gender to female, the body shrinks, and a sort of "mask" appears, which feels like a bug that shouldn’t be affecting my player like this. I’d really appreciate it if you could look into this and reach out if you need any additional information from me!
