@Sinz1019 Mate, he works for the support team, he isnt a Dev. Cut him some slack, he has no control over how fast * like this gets fixed and he's not allowed to give ETA's or anything. Chill out, if you want to buy a specific type of card. Try opening the game.

@Sinz1019 Is it incompetence from EA? Yes. Is it a Random support guys fault? No. And what's tinfoil about asking you to not get salty towards a random support person and treat them with respect instead of being a knob?
- 3 months ago@eguniques Didn't say it was his fault per se, that you're being too literal on, but this games frustrates us already with game breaking bugs and heavy latency/delay. Now there is a webapp breaking bug because the new update was obviously not playtested, and now we have to suffer because of EA's incompetence and complete lack of communication. It's abhorrent to deal with and quite frankly it's completely pathetic from a multibillionaire company that puts out triple AAA games.
