Unable to do substitutions at all

Question

I can't make any substitution of players in the team sheets or kick off team management. I can't even swap positions from the starting line up. Whenever I try to do that the players immediately return to their original position.

If I do manage to get to kick off mode and start a match, if I try and substitute a player, I can't go back to the match, as I stay in this weird camera mode. The menu doesn't allow me to return to match.

This is on FC25 on a playstation 4.

Is there any fix?

@ilios13 same here just had this happen on two separate fut champions playoffs games, not even able to see R2 quick subs

@ilios13 Same here broIt happens after you update your teams ti latest selectionsOr if youcreate an own playerIts really frustrating becayse it makes the game unplayable
