Unable to switch players from my squad.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When swapping a player from my starting 11 to my bench or my club, after I back out the Squad page my game kicks me out of Ultimate Team and into the main EAFC 25 menu.

What should be happening instead? Should be able to swap my players freely.

    Hey everyone, 

    I can read you're experiencing issues when swapping players from substitutes. 

    Please follow these steps and let us know if they help you to fix the issue:

    1. From Squad Management, remove your active Squad and create a new one. 
    2. Check if one of your players on the bench is also in the SBC Duplicate Storage. 
      • If yes, send it to your Club and try to start a new game.

    Following the steps above may help you avoid crashes in the game.

    Hi good afternoon Sunset475 - My name is Gavin & I am in a similar problem I bought the ultimate edition to play it on 20th Sep and still now on Thur 26th I have not been able to play the game or a career mode with my team QPR at all yet as game keeps crashing because it wont let me edit or create players in the main menu and add them or swap them out with players on my team before even getting into the career mode - I spent around £100 on this to use on my PS5 and i am furious. EA should be ashamed - At least FC24 works and is better - I might just play that and I am thinking about asking for my money back but don't know how. Cant play the game as wontlet me change tactics either and gives me 3 Sam fiels and 2 Nardi in my squad sometimes. Angry. Gav

    Hi EA_LeonSK i cant even start a career mode with my team QPR and I bought the game on Fri 20th for PS5 the game wont let me use created players and wont let me change or create my own tactics and can't edit the team players abilites and positons and then try to sub them around or move them in and out of the team without game crashing and throwing me out to playstation main screen saying report issue. I spend hours and days editing and adjusting my players and other teams in the championship  to make the career mode enjoyable and I can't even play it - I am furious angry, FC24 is not broken and plays better than this what has gone wrong. It does not seem to make a difference if playing online or not ..!!! Gavin.

    Thanks for the solution!Finally I can play now..

    I didn't have to make new club.

    Check SBC storage and and if you have duplicate in your club bench,just send to club will fix the problem easy.
