    Our investigation on this remains ongoing. In addition to the following information we collect, please also include the name of the item that is causing you issues while it's in the duplicate storage. 

    Hello, thank you all for reporting this issue. I have already forwarded the information to our team, who will look into it.

    In the meantime, could you please try creating a new squad with different players to see if that resolves the issue? If the problem seems to occur only with specific player items in your duplicate storage, please let us know. 

    We'd greatly appreciate any additional details you can share to help us resolve this more efficiently.

Which part of the mode? Squad Building Challenges
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 09/24/2024
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 08:00 pm
What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to do an sbc
What happens when the bug occurs? Error and kick to main menu.
What should be happening instead? Work?

First i got kicked out changing my team, now it is in sbcs. Not a week since release and you can't do anything right. This will be a very long year. Incompetent as usual.

Keep getting kicked out of ultimate team on fc 25 after trying to change a player in my team. I can’t do it on the app or my ps5
