Video proof of hair strand tech not working on Fc 25

Can someone at the ea Fc dev team look at my videos showing the difference in how the hair moves in Fc 24 vs Fc 25 so the bug situation can be fixed as soon as possible since it’s been ignored since the beginning of the game in September, this bug affects every game mode and everyone that owns Fc 25 it’s not a individual problem it’s a fifa bug!

the first video shows you Ronaldinho’s ponytail flapping around as he moves please pay attention to that, that’s the way it should be in game, same goes for all the other players with longer hair it’s very visible on Fc 24

here is the second video below this paragraph on Fc 25 pay attention how Ronaldinho’s hair stays static and does not move as if it’s a 2D model, it should not be this way it was never like this in previous fifa all players with longer hair don’t show any movement apart from cutscenes on Fc 25, please fix this as soon as next patch atleast!

    I refunded the game on steam cause of this bug. how do you just progressively make the game worse and worse each year its crazy

    I’m trying my best to bring this issue to light, I actually can’t enjoy or want to play the game anymore because of this simple error by ea, been 5 months and they don’t do anything, is this  hair strand thing not fixable?

    @oufgamezzz I have a theory, maybe is a database problem? because I find a female player that she hair moves! is Lea Schüller from FC Bayern München.

    @leo_degeaYo you are right I see it, I checked the game and Lea Schüller is the only player with long hair in the game with hair physics, her ponytail shows movement during the gameplay, I don’t understand why everyone else in the game is bugged, it’s a sign that this is fixable but for whatever reason ea does not fix it, I will make a post about this player on Fc 25
