I personally played 3 full and then did 2 highlight ones. Still should not affect the objective completing.
i would like to mention as well ever since the app update, the app says iv only done 4 out of 5 but the game on console says now 26 out of 5

Community ManagerThat's an interesting information. Thank you. It might be worth checking the web/companion app as the info displayed there might be the correct one in this case.
Try to play another full match and then see if you can claim the objective.

Im on 37/5 matches played.
@EA_Hux I have checked on companion app, says 4/5 but on the game still says 39/5 even tried deleting and redownloading the game
I also played The 5 full games again, checked The APP and still nothing
This issue also happens with the player career
17/5 matches fully played, 5 with highlights, 5 while controlling all the team, 5 while controlling only the player and still no points redeemed
This issue now also applies to the ‘Reach Top Manager Favor Rating’ objective in the new Player Career Weekly Objectives, im at 3/1, it’s a bit ridiculous now.
Additionally the ‘Play 5 Matches’ weekly objective in Player career doesn’t even register the games at all, I’ve played 2 full matches and it still says I’m on 0/5

- @EA_Hux I beg you fix the game mate. It’s a joke just want my xp says 6/5 on games played with no tick and doesn’t let me claim the xp

same issue for me tried everything on manager mode tried playing more games , tried a new save file , played 15/5 games , and still no 300sp , and 300sp for group completion. Get this fixed ea and either reward us the 600sp or compensation in packs , absolute joke bought the ultimate edition and put alot of time into the game for this absolute joke , the games buggy as hell as well keeps crashing when claiming objectives.
Not happy at all and want a resolution or a full refund for the game ! Might only be 600sp points but all adds up to season ladder completion and progress in the game.
Why should people who work hard for objectives be punished , was ea's idea to integrate all the game modes together for the sp ladder , to make players play all game modes and its an absolute fail so far. I want a response and a resolution to this matter , not just for me but for all the players effected.
- @EA_Hux I have this problem too on PlayStation. Played all 5 matches in full in order to get the SP but the games played has gone over 5/5 and you can’t claim as you normally could.
