Why did I pack a gold card of a player who is in TOT

I logged onto the FC 25 webapp for the first time, I selected france as my starter nation and opened my welcome back packs. However, in one of these packs i packed gold Callum Hudson Odoi. However, he is in TOTW 1. Is there any reason i got Gold CHO rather than Inform CHO

    I gave a similar reply to a user in this thread.

    There was a short period of time where it was indeed possible to receive gold versions.

    I know it's unlucky but TOTWs always release at the same time: 6PM BST.

    I made an 85+pick in sbcs at 22:00 last night, then I opened this pick and I got gold mohamed Salah, how does this gold card come out, normally toty didn't come out, right?
