How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play or sim one season in womens career mode then look at the top teams and or free agents
What happens when the bug occurs? In Women's career mode The CPU/AI does not renew any contracts whatsoever leading to the top teams falling off literally after a season or two, you'll see really high rated free agents on busted wages while they either are not replaced by the CPU or they are replaced auto by crap random low rated free agents
What should be happening instead? CPU should actually make sense and renew the contracts of its players especially top players and there shouldnt be an abundance of high rated free agents destroying clubs replacing them with random free agents

- Unrealistic team building and wages as a result
