Xbox Controller Gives No Vibration, User Vibration Feedback Feature Missing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? EA SPORTS FC(TM) 25 Ultimate Edition (*Languige of Menu : Korean) Navigate to Game Settings -> the tabs to access the Gameplay -> Controller Settings section -> ** there is no User Vibration Feedback option available.
What happens when the bug occurs? Xbox Controller gives no vibration feedback. * User Vibration Feedback feature is missing from the settings menu.
What should be happening instead? Xbox Controller gives vibration feedback with "User Vibration Feedback" setting.

In EA SPORTS FC 25, I noticed that the User Vibration Feedback feature is missing from the settings menu.

It seems like this issue might be specific to the Korean menu or the PC version.

The only option I see is Analog Sprint under Controller Settings.

     the instructions provided:

        1. Navigate to Game Settings.

        2. Use the tabs to access the Gameplay or Controller Settings section

        3. Turn User Vibration Feedback to On.

I am using an Xbox Wireless Controller connected via USB,

and the controller is working perfectly fine with other games (e.g., Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024) and in the Xbox Accessories App.

The firmware is up to date, and there are no hardware issues.

    The same thing has been happening to me as well. It started sometime in November when I quit the game (Using ALT+F4) and restarted it on my PC. I have tried both my Xbox and PS5 controllers and the vibration/haptics does not work at all on either of them. The vibration settings do not show up anymore in settings, just the analog sprint toggle. It's so frustrating and makes the game unplayable for me. My PS5 version of the game works fine. I have uninstalled the game, deleted the EA app, completely wiped my PC and done a clean reinstall of windows. I've even tested it on my friend's PC using my EA account and it's still the same. Whatever the issue is, its tied to our EA accounts. It's the most frustrating thing ever. Please someone help!
