[Xbox] [EA FC 25] Pro Clubs Menu Crash

Around 1 and a half weeks ago I loaded onto pro clubs and was able to get on there just fine, I then went and edited the AI's and quit the game just after that. Upon loading back onto pro clubs i was just stuck on the loading screen and then my game would crash to the Xbox dashboard. I then checked with all of my club mates that are actively in the club to see if they had the same issue. I was then informed that all of them do have the same issue and this has prevented us playing the game. 

I have tried all troubleshooting steps provided by EA Support multiple times and nothing seemed to help, I have also tried support options that worked for other gamemodes but that also failed to help. I was then informed that it would be send through as a bug but the issue still persists not only can we not play we also spent money on the game for it to not work and the support doesn't seem to help at all.

The issue is with the pro club not the players as I am able to login to a new account and the pro clubs menu's work perfectly fine it just seems to be an issue for the players in that club (6 Players) yet there is no way for us to leave the club or remove the players in there.
