Xbox Series X FC25 freezes and crashes

I am using an Xbox Series X and have purchased and downloaded FC 25. After loading the game it crashes and crashes. Sometimes you can play for a while and it crashes again. I also tried reinstalling....

Does it happen in a specific game mode or moment in the game?

I'd also recommend starting with the steps outlined in our Technical Guide to see if that helps.

I did everything according to the manual. It happens irregularly, but usually when the game loads, it crashes after a while and crashes.

    Same happens to us. Do have both old and new gen games installed? Did you find a fix?
