Youth academy players awful stats

Which mode has this happened in? Career Mode
Which part of the mode? Manager Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Scouting Youth Players.
What happens when the bug occurs? Youth Players have too low Heading Accuracy, low jumping, low defensive awareness, low gk diving.
What should be happening instead? Youth Players should have normal stats.

Youth players that are being scouted habe awful stats (10 heading acc., 20 defensive awareness on cbs/cdms, low jumping and dribbling on St/CAM, low gk diving on gks)

please fix that as soon as possible as the youth academy is useless this way. I can’t play with a cb that has like 20 defensive awareness and 8 heading accuracy.

    The fact that it’s the middle of October and it still hasn’t been fixed is ridiculous. Why pay $90 for a game that doesn’t work as advertised. These issues have been known for weeks and still nothing. Ruins career mode!

    Youth academy is totally broken and they don't care, it doesn't concern ultimate team.

    ...And still no fix EA?? This has actually been a slight issue for years prior, with GK's pretty much always having lower positioning than their other stats, Wingers/CAM's with really low attack positioning and just CM's, CDMS, LB/RB's being hard to come by because the stat combos aren't right. And now they add shiny new things like a brand new cranium feature which seems to just have the "randomize Ice Age baby" setting on for Youth Players. At least let us edit the youth players cosmetically!

    All needs to be fixed, really lazy from EA devs and it's not good enough. Pathetic actually for the budget they have. AAA's just sinking further and further into the mud man....
