Controlls completely switched and can't do anything against it

I play on keyboard only and everytime a friend comes over he plugs his own controller in to play. If I want to play alone after that my whole controls are switched to the opposite and I can't do anything about it. The last time I had this I somehow fixed it through steam settings but I forgot how. I literally tried everything I could, maybe someone knows how to fix this? And yes I remember I definitely did something on steam to fix this but I just don't know what anymore since this was fifa 23 (btw this only happens in online modes)
