Fc 25 Closed beta code didn’t work

Entered my code for the closed beta for FC 25, redeemed it and the game never started downloading

@laurenblaikie95 Just had the same problem on PS5, entered the code, clicked on ps5 version to download, an error popped up, and now when I re-enter the code, says code already been used

    I redeemed my fc25 open bata code and it has said it has worked but not appeared in my game library or started downloading
