Store glitch

Hi EA, i have a free pack in my store that I got. However everytime I click to redeem it I’m unable to and it just gives me the message’ There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again later.’ My GT is CHRISJE nl 1994 on Xbox. I hope you can help me out.
