When I launch my game, it closes itself after 40-80 seconds

I'm playing on Hp Victus by Laptop 15-fa1017nf

Intel Core i5 - 12500H / jusqu'à 4.5 GHz - Win 11 Home - GF RTX 4050 - 16 Go RAM - 512 Go SSD NVMe, TLC - 15.6" IPS

I start my game, i can go in menu, settings, ultimate team, kick off,...
but after 40-80 sec after i'm in menu, he closes itself with no message error. I know i'll crash because on my cursor there is the loading circle which appears 3 sec and disappears 3 sec to reappear...

I bought it on 24 September, he crashed, on 26 September idk how but he's working (the cursor loading was not here), on this weekend on my PC tower that work. But after i replay on my laptop Monday he starts to crash again.

(btw a day i played offline a full kick off match so no crash i restart my game for connect to ea server, so after this i can play the game normal on UT,... but Monday i do it a 2nd time but don't work.)
