EA Case Handling – What’s Your Experience?

I wanted to share my recent experience with EA Help and see if anyone else has faced similar issues.
I initially started a case through the EA Help live chat, and I was told that my case had been escalated to the relevant EA department. They assured me I would be contacted within 10 days (their maximum time frame). However, I didn’t hear back from them.
I reached out to the live chat again, and this time, they told me to wait another 5 days. Even after that additional time, I still received no feedback. When I contacted them again, they told me I would need to wait another 10 days.
At this point, it feels like I’m being strung along without any real resolution or progress on my case.
Has anyone else experienced something like this? How long did it take for your cases to be resolved? Do you think EA’s case handling could be improved?
