EA FC 25, Nico Williams 86 missing

A few days ago (almost a week ago), I contacted EA again after being told the first time to be patient and that an advisor would add the missing player to my account. My issue is that I didn’t receive my SBC player after completing the SBC. I spent hours speaking with advisors who assured me that I would eventually receive the player on my account, but this never happened. The last time I spoke with an advisor, he told me that I would be assisted but needed to be patient as he took notes on what I said. He promised to pass it along and do everything technically possible to ensure I received my player. Since then, I haven’t heard anything from EA. Today, I reached out again, and the advisor told me to post on an EA forum.
