EA FC Points transaction cancelled - Resulted in an account ban

Hey all,

I have a question about a transaction I made yesterday on EA FC. Namely, I bought EA FC points with my Revolut card, and after some hassle it finally worked out and the money was debited and I was told that the transaction was complete.

Now it is a day later and I woke up with shock, as I received a notification that my transaction through Revolut was cancelled and I got my money back, causing EA to flag my account as suspicious and therefore banned.

Now I have no idea what steps to take to get this undone, has anyone here had a similar experience? After all, I am quite willing to refund the money to regain access to my account, as I also don't understand why it was refunded in the first place.
