EA help?

have you ever been properly helped by EA Help? I was unfairly banned 4 days ago, all kinds of reports were filed that they are “working” on. no communication towards me. I am sent from one thing to another without proper help. does anyone have experience with this?

Yup I have exactly the same issue. No respond or help at all. They convinced me to 1 thing, I quit buying ea games. I follow fifa since 1995 and never missed out a single fifa game. I'm treated like .... no answers no solution nothing...
