My account is banned because of a player bug!! upvote and help me community :(

Oke so how do i start.....  At 11-1-2025 i recieved an email from EA that my account is banned. At first i got an email. In the email EA wrote that i use cheats in fc 25. I dont use cheats. I spend money on packs and put a lot of effort and time in my EA  ultimate team account. i contacted ea live chat and they told me i got banned because i use cheats. I think i got banned because i use the first tutch move a lot '' video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IPiZf3fCKpY&t=179s that looks like you are using hacks. Especially if you use emilio butragueño. It is a really OP move. i treid a lot of players but with butragueno it is so overpowerd. I think a lot of opponents reported me and this is the reason ea banned me. I would really appriciate if you guys opvote this message because i dont use cheats, Fc is the only game i play and i enjoy it. I dont want to lose my account because of a mistake by the side of EA. AND EA REMEMBER, I SPEND MONEY ON YOUR GAME, EVERY YEAR!!!!!!
