Can’t Connect to EA Servers in FC 25 via Xbox Cloud Gaming (Game Pass)
Hello everyone,
I’m having a strange issue while playing EA Sports FC 25 through Xbox Cloud Gaming (Game Pass version).
The game loads fine, but once it tries to connect to EA servers, I get this message:
> "You have lost your online connection."
Because of this, I can’t access:
Clubs
Ultimate Team
Season Pass
Any EA online features
But here’s the weird part:
Xbox Cloud itself works perfectly — other cloud games run without issues.
My internet connection is stable (tested ping and speed).
Friends who play the same game on console/PC don’t have any issues.
I’ve already tried:
Restarting the game and the Xbox Cloud Gaming app
Clearing app cache
Switching networks (Wi-Fi and mobile)
Logging out and back in to my Xbox account
Checking EA server status (no reported outages)
Platform: Xbox Cloud Gaming (Game Pass)
Region: [Germany]
Gamertag: [MaDMaXPlaY3400]
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Is this a known issue with EA servers and Cloud Gaming?
