I got a disconnect due to high traffic in my wl

Question

I was disconnected from my Weekend League game today on Xbox, and now I cannot get 9 wins and my 15-game 93+ TOTS pick. I can't find anything on the EA website about this problem, and I just want to get my rewards. Sadly, the clip I made that proves it is bugged cannot be shown, so I hope EA could somehow look into this themselves. My Xbox gamertag is Fr3sHzXGhOsT.

hier im deutschen Bereich des EA Forums musst du auf Deutsch schreiben. Wenn dir Englisch lieber ist, dann wechsle zum englischen Forumsbereich.&nbsp;
Wenn das Spiel abgebrochen wurde, dann wurde es vermutlich als Niederlage oder vorzeitig abgebrochen gewertet und kann nicht rückgängig gemacht werden.&nbsp;
Ich würde dir ein paar Verbindungsfehlerbehebungsschritte empfehlen, damit so etwas hoffentlich nicht noch einmal vorkommt.&nbsp;
