Can’t claim Pack

Hi i can’t get my pack claimed

 

  • Platform: PSN
  • PSN: The_Golden_Tuek
  • Name of the pack you opened: Not sure, it was the 1.5k XP pack
  • Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: TOTW breakthrough 
  • Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ?: Console
  • Approximate timestamp: Bought pack yesterday at maybe 10pm MEZ
