Can’t open packs you need to redeem you get from a pack previously opened

Question

I have had a loan player pack that I need to redeem for 2 days now and when I go to redeem said pack it’s says can not connect to servers and put me out of the store due to this I can not open the packs I have saved from qualifying for champs or rival rewards and objective reward

Thanks for letting us know you are experiencing this. This is definitely on our radar! We've received a few reports on this and have a main thread live here:&nbsp;Can’t claim pack. We'll update that thread when we have news to share. I'll close this out here in the meantime.
