Got a free Loan Pack and can't redeem it. Therefore can't open any packs...

  • Platform: XBOX
  • PSN/Xbox Gamertag: KangFTW3656
  • Name of the pack you opened: Don't know what it was.. something from one of the Marquee Matchups (tradeble)
  • Name of the pack inside that got you stuck: Loan Pack
  • Did you buy the pack on the console or web app ?.... No. I just received it from a Pack I got from the SBC.

 

Please just remove the pack... I don't even wanna have it. It's very annoying. I tried pretty much everything, from console to companion to webapp. Nothing works.
