Error in the EA FC 25 store

Hello!

In the EA FC 25 PS5 game, the item “Unlock 1 Loan Pack” appeared in the store on 03/05/2025 10:00PM. You click on it and it gives the error “There was a problem connecting to the Football Ultimate Team. Please try again later.” I click ok, it throws me to the beginning, I go back to the store and everything repeats. I have already logged in 50 times in 2 days, a constant error. Screenshots are attached.
