Does anyone know if EA is trying to solve the problem? Is this a general problem or are we the unlucky few?

He's talking about the pack bug issue mate! Cmon just solve it! I can't but fc points to open packs in store!
I bought a store pack yesterday which gave a 75+2 player pack. That pack won't open and therefore I cannot open any other packs.
