Crashing Game when playing

Hi I am encountering a problem when I want to play a match in Ultimate team, when i want to play squad battles, rivals or Champions the game does not work. I can see the opponents team, and the moment when the match should begin the game crashes. I get send to a report screen of playstation. I can play rush and the matches on the ps4 version. Does anyone know what the problem is? Thanks in advance.
