Indeed, it's total crap. Won a sweat fest with penalties only to get the message servers are too busy. When I got back I got the DNF message and thus a loss in champions. As a dev myself, it is not hard to buffer the score of a match offline and have it push the score when the servers accept the request... I really don't get how this can still happen.
