EA FC 25 Crash every time when starting my ultimate team... can't fix it because

I Have the same problem for three days already. They keep saying they're working on it with a full team. But seriously, this game costs so much and still we can't even play. No rivals, no weekend league, no rewards. They better compensate this good. And its only third week of the game. C'mon EA you should do better
