Error message when trying to submit SBC in companion app

Yesterday I submitted a lot of SBC’s and suddenly I got the error message ‘challenge submission failed’ when trying to submit a SBC. I’ve tried everything that I could think of, even deleting the app and downloading it again. Now I’ve waited for almost 24 hours and I keep getting the same message for every SBC that I try to submit. What can I do to fix this problem?
