Game keeps crashing when loading into co-op rivals match ps4

Right after startup of the game we tried going into a match and it crashed when loading into the match while having the opponents team on the screen, and when i started the game again it resulted into a loss, straight after we could play 3 games which we won but then when we tried to play again it crashed again like the first time in the same moment of loading into the game, we retried because we needed one more point for div1 upgraded rewards and it kept happing back to back to a total of 4 times, which resulted into back to back losses and kicked us out of div 1 and it got to the point where i had to look up what the problem is because i've never had it like this and dont want to keep dropping further down the divisions because it seems pointless to try and start a new game but rewards are also around the corner and missing it out on upgraded rewards by one point is also stupid, any fixes for this? I cant save the clip of the crash because it crashes my whole game which resets the game recording when i start it up again.
