Hacked and Transfer Market Ban with No Resolution from EA FC 25 - PS5
Hello EA FC Community,
Yesterday I was hacked, and someone stole 1.2 million coins from my account by selling my players. I immediately reported this to EA, but unfortunately, I’ve seen many posts from other players saying that EA rarely resolves these issues. To make matters worse, I’ve also been hit with a transfer market ban, making it impossible for me to fully use my account.
I can’t understand how this could happen. Here’s my situation:
- I’ve been playing FIFA Ultimate Team since FIFA 14, and this isn’t the first time I’ve been hacked. The same thing happened in FIFA 22, and back then EA also failed to fix the issue.
- If you check my record, you’ll see that I’m a fair player who just wants to enjoy the game, but hackers and EA’s lack of support are making that impossible.
- A clear example of the hack: suddenly, I have 6 duplicate players (Kim Min Jae) bought for 180,000 coins, which makes no sense. I have an untradeable Kaka in my team, which I play with every day. These players were then quickly sold, which also doesn’t make any sense, as I wouldn’t just drain my own club like that.
- All the time and effort I’ve put into this game seem to be for nothing. Despite being a loyal player since FIFA 14, I’m afraid EA will once again do nothing to help.
- Last night, I reported that my players were sold, and this morning I woke up to find a transfer market ban. This is after playing FIFA for over 10 years without any issues.
I’m really at my wit’s end and hope EA will take this seriously. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation, and has anything actually been resolved? This makes the game unplayable for me.
