lost my game because of a "lack" of my internet

hello , i am playing FC25 Squad battles.. last match i was winning by 4-0 en because of a "lack" of my internet i was disconnected from the game, with the result i lost the game , get 0 points en loses a match from the 12 you can play for points.
is there a way i can get this match back?
I understand that if i was losing it wil be easy to send an email every time , but this time i was winning and my internet was not that strong i think
